ENTFIN 2026 — 10th Anniversary Conference

About the Conference

The Entrepreneurial Finance Association (ENTFIN) is pleased to announce its 10th Anniversary Conference, to be held at Kedge Business School, Marseille, France. Since its creation, ENTFIN has become the leading association dedicated to entrepreneurial finance, bringing together scholars working on crowdfunding, venture capital, private equity, business angels, entrepreneurial banking, corporate innovation financing, FinTech, and all topics at the intersection of finance, innovation, and entrepreneurship. ENTFIN will continue its tradition of supporting early-career researchers with a dedicated PhD Day, including, paper presentations, faculty feedback sessions, networking with senior scholars in the field. The ENTFIN Association and the European Investment Fund will award three prizes: one for the Best PhD Paper, one for the Best Paper in Entrepreneurial Finance, and one for the Best Paper on Policy Impact Assessment.

To celebrate this milestone, ENTFIN 2026 will feature an exceptional scientific program including new roundtables:

– An extended “Meet the Editors” session (Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Small Business Economics, Journal of Technology Transfer, Venture Capital, The Review of Corporate Finance).

– A special industry–academia roundtable.

– A dedicated teaching in entrepreneurial finance roundtable.

Topics of Interest

We invite submissions on all areas of entrepreneurial finance, including (but not limited to): Venture capital; private equity, and buyouts; Business angels and early-stage financing; Crowdfunding; token offerings, and digital finance; Entrepreneurial banking and credit relationships; Corporate governance, contracts, and monitoring; Financial innovation; FinTech, and AI in entrepreneurial finance; ESG, sustainability, and impact finance; Entrepreneurial ecosystems and regional financing gaps; Entrepreneurial risk-taking and behavioral finance; Impact assessment for publicly supported financial instruments (e.g., PE/VC, credit guarantee schemes, securitization) and their real effects and societal outcomes (entrepreneurship, innovation, growth dynamics, sustainability, etc.).

Both theoretical and empirical papers are welcome.

Registration Fees

– Main conference: 450 euros

– PhD workshop: 200 euros

– Late registration (after June 15, 2026): 500 euros

– Additional participants for the gala dinner: 90 euros

The registration fee covers lunches, coffee breaks, the Gala Dinner on Thursday evening, and a social event on Friday evening.

Venue and Social Program

The conference will take place at KEDGE Business School, Marseille campus, located near the Calanques National Park and the Mediterranean coast.

 Submission Guidelines

Papers should be submitted in two PDF versions: one complete version including author information, and one blind version, to entfinasso@gmail.com

Both completed papers and advanced work-in-progress will be considered.
